Pathly Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Pathly handles information when you use the app. Pathly is intended for a general audience of all ages and does not collect personal information.
1. Information collection
Pathly does not collect personal information. The app does not ask for or collect names, email addresses, account details, contact information, precise location, photographs, recordings, or other information that identifies a user.
- No account or login
- No analytics or advertising
- No tracking or device identifiers
- No crash-reporting service
- No in-app purchases
- No application-level networking
2. Data stored on your device
Pathly stores limited gameplay progress locally so the app can display completed levels and personal records.
- Completed level identifiers
- Best move counts
- Best completion times
3. Networking and sharing
Pathly contains no application-level networking and does not send personal information or gameplay progress to Damo Studio or a third-party service.
On Android, a user can choose the Share Pathly action. This opens the operating system’s sharing interface and passes only fixed promotional text to an app selected by the user. Pathly does not attach personal information or gameplay data. Any further handling is controlled by the selected app and the user.
4. Device permissions
The release version of Pathly requests no privacy-sensitive device permissions. The Android system-sharing action does not give Pathly access to contacts or share history.
5. Libraries and plugins
Pathly uses Flame and shared_preferences locally for gameplay and local progress. No remote service integration was found for these libraries.
6. Backups, retention, and deletion
Local gameplay progress may be included in device or cloud backups managed by Android or iOS, depending on your operating-system and backup settings.
Local Pathly data can generally be removed by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app. Copies may remain in operating-system backups until those backups are deleted or expire under the platform provider’s rules.
7. Children and general audience
Pathly is intended for a general audience of all ages. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users.
8. Security
Pathly limits its data handling to local gameplay progress. No method of storage is completely secure, and the security of operating-system backups is managed by the relevant platform provider and the user’s device settings.
9. Changes to this policy
Damo Studio may update this Privacy Policy if Pathly’s features or data practices change. The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
10. Contact
For questions about this Privacy Policy or Pathly’s privacy practices, contact Damo Studio.
