Pairly Privacy Policy

1. Information collection

Pairly does not collect personal information. The app does not ask for or collect names, email addresses, account details, contact information, precise location, photographs, recordings, or other information that identifies a user.

• No accounts or authentication
• No advertising, analytics, or tracking
• No crash-reporting service
• No purchases
• No notifications
• No sharing or external links
• No device identifiers

2. Data stored on your device

Pairly stores limited settings, game selections, and statistics locally so the app can remember your choices and display your results.

• Sound, vibration, timer visibility, flip speed, text size, high contrast, and reduced-motion settings
• Last selected picture pack, difficulty, and game mode
• Games completed and pairs found
• Best move counts and best completion times by difficulty
• Picture-pack play counts

3. Active games

An unfinished active game is not persisted. If you leave an active game, its current card positions and progress are not saved for a later session.

4. Networking and data transmission

Pairly contains no application-level networking and performs no runtime data transmission. It does not send personal information, settings, game selections, or statistics to Damo Studio or a third-party service.

5. Device permissions

Release builds of Pairly request no privacy-sensitive device permissions. The app does not request access to location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or other sensitive device data.

6. Libraries and plugins

Pairly uses Flutter, flutter_riverpod, go_router, intl, and shared_preferences for the app interface, navigation, localization, state management, and local storage. The audited app uses these without remote-service integration.

7. Backups, retention, and deletion

Local settings and statistics may be included in device or cloud backups managed by Android or iOS, depending on your operating-system and backup settings.

Local Pairly data can generally be removed by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app. Copies may remain in operating-system backups until those backups are deleted or expire under the platform provider’s rules.

8. Intended audience

Pairly is intended for adults of all ages, with a special focus on older adults. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from any user.

9. Security

Pairly limits its data handling to settings, game selections, and statistics stored locally on your device. No method of storage is completely secure, and the security of operating-system backups is managed by the relevant platform provider and your device settings.

10. Changes to this policy

Damo Studio may update this Privacy Policy if Pairly’s features or data practices change. The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
